Steven Jones specialises in impressionistic oil paintings of Venice, seascapes and beach scenes that sell in art galleries in Europe and the USA. He has worked as a full time artist since graduating from Wrexham Art College in 1981. He then moved to London, where he worked as an illustrator, with clients including BBC Publications, Jaguar cars, Golf Monthly, Lloyds TSB and Readers Digest.

After moving back to his roots in North Wales, he started his own studio/gallery in Felinheli where he sold his paintings, limited edition prints and greeting cards. Steven's paintings have sold in Sothebys, Christies and Bonhams and he now exhibits in a prestigious gallery in Montmarte, Paris. In 2010, he published his first book, "The Anglesey Coastal Path", and is currently working on paintings for an exhibition at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, Llanbedrog, in September 2013. He now works from his own studio/gallery in the picturesque town of Beaumaris in North Wales.
